Federico Parolotto is Senior Partner at MIC – Mobility in Chain, which he co-founded with Davide Boazzi and Federico Cassani in 2009. He graduated in Architecture Urban Planning at Milan Polytechnic, beginning his career with SOM in the UK and working then with Systematica in Milan, where he was made partner in 2006.
He has been involved as transport planner in numerous major urban planning projects worldwide, working as consultants for Foster+Partners, KPF, OMA and several other international firms as well as consulting on key project such as the new pedestrian and bicycle master plan for Moscow. He was also one of the member of the new Milan Sustainable master plan recently adopted by Milan municipality.
