Every year IAAC opens its doors for all those interested in knowing more about our academic offer and research projects. This is the perfect moment to meet some of our alumni, current students and faculty. We feel very glad that every year the number of people coming from other countries increase, therefore we set the dates in advance.

Visit us and join presentations, in-depth sessions on the individual programmes, and tours of the digital fabrication labs, working spaces and other facilities. IAAC is known for innovative, small-scale teaching and especially its hands-on approach, which follows our “learning by doing” motto. You can explore this approach to education further during presentations and demos given during our Masters Open Days.

The Academic Director, together with our Head of Studies and each Master’s programme director will give short presentations on the syllabus, workshops, subjects, internships and labour market prospects of the presented academic courses. Academic staff, current students and alumni will answer your questions and share their experience at IAAC and life in Barcelona.

Register here for the next Masters Open Day on the 29th of March 2019.

IAAC’s Fab Lab Open Days are accessible to everyone and aimed at showing how important are these spaces for local communities. Whether you do not know what a digital fabrication laboratory is and you want to learn more about it or whether you have a project and you need technical advice, you are all invited!

During Poblenou Open Days, a weekend event organised by the local association Poblenou Urban District which shows the creativity and talent of this Barcelona’s booming district, IAAC participates with a diverse programme of open workshops, exhibitions and guided tours.
