A new edition of the Responsive Cities Symposium is about to start soon and the next deadline for the Call for Papers and Projects Submission is in 10 days (28th September). This event is organized by the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia as part of the Responsive Cities – Active Public Space Symposium, the second edition of the international gathering about the future of our cities, that will take place on the 13th and 14th of November 2017 in Barcelona, in collaboration with the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union and supported by the Caixa Forum and Smart City Expo.

The purpose of the Responsive Cities 2017 Call for Papers & Projects is to investigate possible applications of new technologies in dynamic public spaces. The focus will be on the advancements of information technologies, interaction and fabrication of public space as catalyst to achieve high quality of life.
