IAAC | Fab Lab Barcelona is pleased to announce the CAIRO 2014 Program in collaboration with Sharabassy Built-Environment Studio. This program is aimed at High School students and college freshmen in Cairo, Egypt and consists of hands-on workshops which will involve participants in activities relation to architecture and design. The workshops have varied programs are designed to peak the interest of potential designers.

WORKSHOP THEMES

Participants will have a choice of four main workshop themes which are inspired by courses ongoing at IAAC and include:

Self-Sufficient Habitat
Digital Tools
Digital Fabrication
Interaction Design

The workshop themes are coordinated by expert faculty and are designed in such a way as to immerse the student with ideas, knowledge, and new ways of understanding the environments we inhabit.
