Alexei Novikov is the President of Habidatum (Big Data, Urban Analytics) and the Dean of Post-Graduate School of Urban Studies and Planning of Moscow. He holds a PhD in Regional and Urban Studies from the Russian Academy of Sciences and is a visiting professor at Oxford University (UK), Birmingham University (UK) and Florida International University, among others. Novikov acts also a consultant of the Urban Institute and the World Bank on infrastructure and municipal finance.
Habidatum is an international company assisting urban planners and businesses in understanding the hyper-dynamic urban environment. Their services are built around a powerful urban data platform capable of collecting, storing, processing and visualizing quantitative and qualitative urban data.
