Architect with a master’s degree in urban development. Founding partner of Akurat, a hybrid Design and Project Management firm founded in 2012, which has focused on applying innovative tools for the construction industry, both for building and infrastructure. Pioneers in the use of BIM and its integration to the processes of the complex real estate world.
In the urban field, her focus has been mainly the search for a methodology to measure indicators of centrality, reflection on gender and urban development, and application of disruptive strategies for citizen participation. Passionate about Open Government, she is part of the Board of Advisors of Mexico AC, a feminist Civil Society organization that creates Sustainable Development strategies with innovation and co-creation methodologies.
Chair of Strategic Partnerships of the Management Committee of the Urban Land Institute Mexico, where she has been able to bring the Institute closer to the government sector. Affiliated to AMAU – Asociación Mexicana de Arquitectas y Urbanistas, where she has given courses and conferences. Member of CAM-SAM Colegio de Arquitectos de México, Sociedad de Arquitectos de México, where she has participated in congresses and forums as a lecturer, panelist and moderator.
