Job Description – Sales Representative

The Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia offers a wide range of pioneering masters
programmes. We give the next generation of architects and changemakers the space to imagine,
test and shape the future of cities, architecture and technology. At IAAC, we offer a truly multicultural

We are currently searching for a Sales Representative/Architect to join our Marketing Team. The
role will be focused on maturing prospects into students via email communication, video calls and
general application assistance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Working with the student prospect database (Salesforce)
  • Replying to requests for information about our Masters courses
  • Working closely with the applications coordinator to increase the number of applications
  • Communicating with prospects with a view to convert leads into applications
  • Setting up video calls and holding virtual tours of IAAC’s facilities
  • Building a network of potential students, universities and other contacts to grow our student base
  • Offering advice to prospects regarding our respective Educational courses
  • Working closely with IAAC’s course coordinators to increase your knowledge of our products

Requirements

  • Native level of English

  • Proactive, eager to learn and highly motivated
  • Results-driven and not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Passionate about education and the recruitment industry
  • You are able to identify with prospective students and convince them to apply
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Curious and able to multitask
  • Bachelors’ degree or higher in Architecture (preferable)
