The first edition of Design Beyond Technology, promoted by ADI-FAD and held last week at the Design Hub Barcelona, brought together speakers of international renown, drawn from the new technologies sector.

The Master in Robotics and Advanced Construction Director Aldo Sollazzo was one of those experts, contributing to the debate with his Cognify Design, Embracing Transversal Technology keynote speech.

Design Beyond Technology was born from the need to position Barcelona on the international map of gatherings on design, innovation and new technologies. Its sessions were structured around four key concepts: design, technology, future and society, with the main goal of encouraging designers and attendees to reflect on their future role in their discipline in regards to technology.
