Christian Gaertner studied macro-economics in Heidelberg and Berlin and early got interested in the socio-economic interdependency between economics, architecture and design. Starting his career as business consultant for KPMG, in 2000 he co-founded Stylepark. Since 2009, he has been spearheading the Audi Urban Future Initiative, which exemplified Stylepark’s attitude to form new constellations to enable future product solutions. In 2015, together with new partners, this led to the foundation of Urban Standards to exploit the vast opportunities of the mobility revolution in urban contexts.
