FAB25 Event – Bridging the Gap, together

We’re beyond excited to be part of the Fab Conference once again—one of our absolute favorite gatherings of the year!!
Next July, Fab Lab Barcelona is embarking in a new adventure: FAB25! For us, this is not a regular event, this is a reunion with 1,100+ friends from all over the world; a week filled with inspiration, collaboration, and those unforgettable moments that always leave us a little changed.

So, what’s in store this year?
FAB25 Czechia, hosted by Make More, FabLab Brno, The Fab Foundation and the MIT’s Center for Bits and Atoms, is happening from July 4th to 11th, 2025, and for the first time ever, it’s landing in Central Europe! And not just in one city, but two—Brno & Prague.
Under the theme “Bridge the Gap”, this year’s event will spark conversations and projects that connect communities, disciplines, and ideas, strengthening the global Fab Lab movement.
But FAB25 isn’t just a conference—it’s an experience. It’s a place where makers, educators, artists, policymakers, researchers, startup founders, students, engineers, and DIY enthusiasts come together to dream, build, and shape the future of digital fabrication and innovation.
With 1,100 participants from over 55 countries, it’s going to be a truly global celebration.
