Digital Fabrication Lab Intern (Curricular Internship) open

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team. As an intern at our Lab, you will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals and gain valuable experience in the fields of digital fabrication, design, and prototyping..

This internship will provide you with exposure to cutting-edge technologies and the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects.

This is a curricular internship as part of an academic program in Spain. It is an unpaid educational experience designed to support learning and skill development in digital fabrication.

Program goals:

  • To provide experience in an experimental and cutting edge work environment, using the latest technological advancements.
  • To offer hands-on experience related to the applications and implications of digital fabrication.
  • To offer a vast network of professionals and a fertile network for collaborations.
  • To foster opportunities to test and explore new options for professional development.
  • To teach specific technical and non- technical skills

 

Profile:

  • Highly value experience with power tools/manual tools on wood/metal etc.
  • Digital fabrication technologies: laser cutting, 3D printing, CNC milling, robots
  • 3d modeling skills (Rhinoceros).
  • Hands-on in relation to fabrication and making things.
  • Responsible and collaborative.
  • And lastly! positive thinking, motivated and eager to learn.

  • Type of Contract: Internship Agreement
  • Duration: 3 or 6-months
  • Part-time or Full-time
