On Wednesday 11 November 2026, from 15:00 to 16:00 CET, the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia hosts the IAAC Open Day online, in a completely new format. The session will be held in English and is open to anyone considering a master’s in Barcelona. Registration is now open.

A new kind of Open Day

For years, our Open Day was two hours of programmes, curricula and fees, one after another. This year, we’ve thrown that format out: one hour, one story, from start to finish. Instead of walking you through each curriculum, we’ll show you what every one of our masters makes possible: the work, the results and what our students go on to do.

What to expect

This time, we’re opening doors most people only walk through as students here, and one that hasn’t been opened yet. You’ll leave knowing which master fits you best, and where it could take you.

Our masters

Every IAAC master is part of the story. Whether you’re drawn to architecture, AI, computational design, robotics, ecology or emergent futures, you’ll see what your programme makes possible:

• Master in Advanced Architecture
• Master in Advanced Computational Design
• Master in AI for Architecture & Business Innovation
• Master in Ecological Architecture & Advanced Construction
• Master in Design for Emergent Futures

After the Open Day: programme webinars

The Open Day shows you what each master makes possible. The webinars show you how. At the end of the session, you’ll get the date of the webinar for your master, where programme directors will walk you through the curriculum, admissions and scholarships in detail.
