La Casa Elizalde in Barcelona is planning new tour guides for the on-going exhibition Scripts – a chronicle of incidents, directed by IAAC’s Faculty Edouard Cabay, which displays an extensive series of drawings mechanically created by automated plotting machines.

The exhibition is linked to the work of Machinic Protocols, a Master in Advanced Architecture Introductory Studio led by Edouard Cabay and Rodrigo Aguirre. The exhibition will be opened to public until May 18th and guided visits are scheduled on Thursdays 4th, 11th and 18th of May at 19.30h.

Guided & Commented Tours Program

La Casa Elizalde is organising three commented visits scheduled for every Thursday at 19.30h. These guided tours will be carried out by experts Josep Palau, Olga Subirós and Vicenç Altayó who will interpret together with the audience the drawings displayed in the exhibition and the mechanical processes behind their design and creative making.

Thursday May 4th – Olga Subirós, architect and curator of projects

Thursday May 11th – Josep Perelló Palau, researcher and science communicator

Thursday May 18th – Vicenç Altaió, poet, essayist and art critic

Commented visits are planned for 19:30h
