R.E.S.P.I.R.A. is one of the winning projects of the Ciutat Proactiva call, from the Bit-Habitat Foundation, jointly developed by Noumena, the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC), the Association of Neighbors and Residents of Poblenou and the Platform of Roquetes Entities.

Urban elements will be co-designed with the citizens to provide answers to the new challenges faced in the public space: new pedestrian spaces and Superillas, post-pandemic requirements and telework, inclusivity and gender perspective, heat waves and climate shelters.

Urban elements will be designed and then 3d printed with Pure.Tech, a material that absorbs and neutralizes CO2, NOx compounds and VOCs, improving air quality.
