Juan Velayos

Juan Velayos is the Founder and CEO of JV20 Investment and Advisory, a real estate investment firm based in Spain. He serves as a Senior Advisor at TPG, Frux Capital, Natixis Partners, and Almar Consulting, and is a business angel in multiple proptech startups. Additionally, he holds the position of President of The District at IAAC and is a professor in the MRED master’s program at IE.

Previously, Velayos was the CEO of Neinor Homes S.A., Managing Partner of Real Estate at Alantra Partners, S.A., and Partner and Global Head of Real Estate at PwC. He has also served as CEO at Mixta Africa S.A. and Renta Corporación, and was a partner at the law firm Uría Menéndez. Velayos holds a degree in Law and completed the EMBA program at IESE.
