Lawretta Egba is a professional writer, financial analyst, communications strategist, and data storyteller. She is the founder of Cyno Group, a content creation, and digital reputation management/ communications company which has a data storytelling subsidiary known as Mustard Insights. She also contributes and hosts a weekly radio show for Nairametrics.
A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), she commenced her work career in Private Equity (PE). She also has years of experience in ghostwriting and has worked on scores of books for individuals home and abroad. On a personal note, she has written for myriad of platforms in Nigeria and the diaspora including Future Africa Forum, Opera News, Nairametrics, The Guardian, Premium Times, etc.
Through Cyno Group, she has also written for organizations like Quantum Zenith, Yochaa, Lagos State Ministry of Economic Planning & Budget, FITC, and more. She is also a Toastmaster (Competent Communicator) and a brown belt Karateka. She is currently rounding off her Masters in media and communication from Pan Atlantic University and has a creative writing specialization from Wesleyan University.
