IAAC Launches Bachelors Degree in Urban Sciences

The Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia and the IAAC Urban Sciences Lab are pleased to announce the official launch of the new Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Sciences [BDUSc], offering comprehensive education and training delivered by two prestigious institutions: the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia [IAAC] and ESCI-UPF.

The launch event will take place next October 26th, and will be structured as follows:

The BDUSc will train polyvalent graduates with a comprehensive understanding of urban sciences, defined as the conglomerate of disciplines with an integral approach to solve the urgent and complex problems affecting our cities. These disciplines are engaged in formulating new models, tools and methodologies to train the professionals of the future cities in the areas of Habitat, Technology, Economy, Society, and Ecology.
