Urban Design Workshop: learning how to identify new paradigms and new opportunities in the development of new cities

The Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC) in conjunction with the Escuela del Desierto (ISAD) has recently presented the workshop Taller de Diseño Urbano, Territorios de Oportunidad given by Willy Müller, director of the Urban Sciences Lab at IAAC, and Julio Gaeta, director of Gaeta-Springall and the Escuela del Desierto (ISAD).

The objective of this course, which took place from March 20th to 22nd, 2019 at the Casa del Arquitecto in Mexico City, was to teach its participants to recognise the potential of each geographical space and the new paradigms in the development of cities. The talk and final closing of the workshop has been in charge of Alberto Kalach, José Castillo, Daniela Frogheri and Carlos Zedillo.
