El taller “Public Play Space from home” es un evento organizado por el IAAC que surge de su participación en el proyecto europeo Public Play Space (co-financiado por el Programa Europa Creativa de la Comisión Europea). Durante el evento, arquitectos y urbanistas, expertos en juegos y tecnologías digitales y en estrategias de participación, conversarán sobre las prácticas más innovadoras y creativas que se han desarrollado en los últimos tiempos para el co-diseño de espacios públicos inclusivos, cohesivos y sostenibles a través de videojuegos.
La agenda del taller es la siguiente:
PARTE 1: Introducción teórica al ‘Public Play Space’
PARTE 2: Estrategias de juego
PARTE 3: Demostración de la App SuperBarrio – videojuego para co-diseño de espacio público
PARTE 4: Q&A
El taller se circunscribe dentro de la iniciativa de la Comisión Europea, #CreativeEuropeAtHome,  para promocionar de manera virtual las actividades culturales de los proyectos europeos durante el actual contexto del brote de coronavirus. The “Public Play Space from home” workshop is an event organized by IAAC that arises from its participation in the European project Public Play Space (co-financed by the Creative Europe Program of the European Commission). During the event, architects and urban planners, experts in digital games and technologies and in participation strategies, will discuss the most innovative and creative practices that have been developed in recent times for the co-design of inclusive, cohesive and sustainable public spaces through video games.

The workshop is part of the European Commission initiative, #CreativeEuropeAtHome, to virtually promote the cultural activities of European projects during the current context of the coronavirus outbreak.
