Philipp Wienkämperis an architect, designer and maker from Germany, now located in Barcelona. He got a BA in Architecture at the University of Applied Sciences in Bielefeld, Germany and a Master in Advanced Ecological Buildings and Biocities (MAEBB) at the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia IAAC in Barcelona, Spain. Passionate about working towards an ecological future, he believes in green architecture and that through innovative design, digital technologies and the use of regenerative materials, we can create a new typology of architecture. A typology appropriate to the digital age that reacts to challenges which are globally connected but require direct, local action, for regional resilience.
