Paula Sánchez Toribio is a cultural project manager and journalist working at the intersection of creativity, culture and communications, bringing arts and audiences together through creative concepts, strategies and experiences. She has a long trajectory coordinating projects and developing content for cultural, creative and innovative initiatives and organisations like CCCB, MACBA, Fundació Joan Miró, Scopitone, Live Out or Ajuntament de Barcelona (all of them through the design agency Hey), Círculo de Bellas Artes, Factoría Cultural or Canal+/PrisaTV (now Movistar+), among other institutions. She holds a degree in Journalism (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) and a Master’s degree in Cultural Management (Universidad Carlos III de Madrid). She is also trained in creative planning and strategy, marketing for the arts (New York University) or museography fields (Universidad de Alcalá). Paula worked as Communications Manager for Fab Lab Barcelona, co-leading the creative strategy, press actions and content development for learning programmes and EU projects. She is the Project Manager for the Creative Europe project Distributed Design Platform.
