Juan Velayos is the Founder and CEO of JV20 Investment and Advisory, a Real Estate investment firm based in Spain. He is also a Senior Advisor at TPG, Frux Capital, Natixis Partners, Almar Consulting, and a business angel in multiple proptech startups. Additionally, he serves as the President of The District, of IAAC, and as a professor in the MRED master’s program at IE.

Previously, he was the CEO of the Spanish developer Neinor Homes S.A, Managing Partner of Real Estate at Alantra Partners, S.A., Partner and global head of Real Estate at PwC, CEO at Mixta Africa S.A. and at Renta Corporacion, and a partner at the law firm Uría Menéndez.

Velayos holds a degree in Law and completed the EMBA program at IESE.
