Juan Lattanzio Caro is a dynamic professional deeply passionate about the world of employment and committed to ongoing personal development to excel in his daily endeavors. His journey has been marked by a diverse array of roles, including labor lawyer, project manager, troubleshooter, labor/employee relations specialist, HRBP, and HR Manager, across various cosmopolitan cities such as Buenos Aires, Washington DC, Brussels, and Barcelona. His academic pursuits have been equally diverse, ranging from law and international relations to specialized certifications in neurosciences applied to organizations, negotiation, conflict resolution, human resources management, talent management, and coaching. This multidisciplinary background has equipped him with a unique skill set, enabling him to thrive in the administrative, developmental and transformative aspects of Human Resources.
Notable academic and professional accomplishments encompass his undergraduate studies at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), completion of a master’s degree at George Washington University (GWU), engagement in labor relations at the Organization of American States (OAS), involvement in green job initiatives and efforts related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with the International Labor Organization (ILO), and experience in Human Resources at the European Parliament.
In 2023, he joined the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC) team, leading the new role created as Head of Human Resources.
