Food Lab Manager

Jordi Ubach is food lab manager at the Master in Advanced Ecological Buildings in Valldaura Labs. His work consists of cooking for IAAC immersive master students as well as organising sustainable cooking workshops as part of our campus activities in the Collserola Natural Park. These functions are complemented by his project “VIO Gastronomia Integral Conscient”, which aims to promote ecology and a new food awareness based on the principles of proximity and sustainability.
