Valentina Toscano is an Italian architect and food designer. She studied Architecture at UNICH and ETSAS in Seville. Since 2009, Valentina has been an academic assistant at the Faculty of Architecture in Pescara, where she graduated with honours in 2011. YAP MAXXI Finalist in 2012 and Master in Economics and Management of Arts and Cultural Heritage in 2014 at Il Sole 24ORE Business School in Milan.
She has over 5 years of experience in Cultural Production and Didactic Coordination of several cultural institutions such as Trienal de Arquitectura de Lisboa, IED, Il Sole 24ORE Business School, Paratissima Torino. Since 2015, she is co-founder and project manager of MANI IN PASTA, a food design project based in Lisbon in collaboration with FabLab Lisboa.
